Begonia Lucerna

One of the tallest cane Begonias, fast growing with up to 2 meters growth within a few years. The pendulous flowers are a rich rose-pink and produced in large clusters. The leaves are about 15cm in length and covered with silvery spots on the top and coloured red on the underside. Can be plunged into a bed outside for summer, but avoid full sun. Adds a real wow factor to tropical style planting. Must be lifted before night time temperatures drop below 8℃ . Overwinter as a houseplant or in a heated greenhouse (+8℃ min).
