Yucca gloriosa variegata
Supplied in a 9cm pot
Yucca gloriosa variegata is a large architectural plant with a rosette of stiff striped green leaves edged in cream. This eye catching, drought tolerant plant forms a thick gnarled trunk with age and usually branches after flowering. Flower stems emerge in spring and are up to a meter tall. Flowers are white, bell shaped and attractive to bees. Plant in full sun and in very well drained soil. Feed with our cactus and succulent soluble fertiliser from May to August. Hardy in most of the UK, but will need winter protection when young.
